This Privacy Policy explains how Keweble ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Cocktail Alchemist iOS app. We comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and KVKK (Turkey).

1. Data We Collect

• Anonymous Firebase Authentication ID — a unique user identifier with no email or phone required
• Nickname — the display name you choose
• Cocktail activity — cocktails you share with the community
• Connection requests, matches, and chat messages — stored in Firebase Firestore
• Blocked users list
• Report records — when you report another user
• Device advertising identifier — via Google AdMob, subject to your ATT consent
• Selected ingredients for AI generation — sent to Google Gemini API to produce recipes

We do not require your real name, email, or phone number to use the app.

2. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Auth & Firestore) — Google — account and social data storage
• Google AdMob — advertising in the free version
• Google Gemini — AI cocktail recipe generation
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — ad consent where required by law

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only what is necessary for each service to function.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide AI cocktail recommendations and social features
• Deliver and measure ads in the free version
• Moderate content and enforce community rules
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete all server-side data at any time via Settings → Delete My Data in the app. This permanently removes:

• Your profile and nickname
• All chats and matches
• Cocktail activity shared with the community
• Your block list and connection requests

Deletion is irreversible. Local data on your device may remain until you uninstall the app.

5. Children

Cocktail Alchemist is intended for users of legal drinking age in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Security

• Firestore security rules restrict data access to authenticated users
• Rate limiting prevents abuse of social and AI features
• Automated content moderation and link/phishing filters in messages
• Manual review of user reports

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, KVKK, and similar laws you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Correction — update inaccurate information (e.g. change your nickname in-app)
• Deletion — via Settings → Delete My Data or by emailing us
• Object or restrict processing — contact us to discuss your options

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your country (including the United States and EU). We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change, and significant updates may be communicated in-app.
