Terms of Service Kullanım Şartları

By using Cocktail Alchemist ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service with Keweble ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Cocktail Alchemist is an entertainment app that uses AI to suggest cocktail recipes based on ingredients you select. It includes social features such as Discover, connection requests, chat, and community sharing. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Age Requirement

You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Responsible Consumption

Alcohol consumption carries health and safety risks. Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow all local laws regarding alcohol. We are not responsible for how you use recipes or ingredients.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated recipes are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients, measurements, allergens, interactions, and safety. Do not rely on the App for medical, dietary, or professional bartending advice. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Account

• Accounts are anonymous — no email or phone is required
• You choose a nickname; do not impersonate others or use offensive names
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Delete your data anytime via Settings → Delete My Data

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users
• Send spam, flood messages, or spam connection requests
• Post hate speech, illegal content, or sexually exploitative material
• Share phishing links, malware, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or moderation
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Social Features

• Chat is only available after a connection request is accepted
• You may block users and report violations at any time
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms

8. Advertising

The free version may display third-party ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by advertisers, not by us. Rewarded ads may grant in-app credits. Ad availability varies by region and is not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Keweble. AI-generated recipe text is provided for your personal use. You retain rights to content you create, but grant us a license to display shared cocktails in the community feed.

10. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keweble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including health effects, property damage, or disputes with other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (typically zero for the free version).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Turkey, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
